The technical specification defines a circularity evaluation method and specifies a set of indicators, applicable at meso and micro levels, aimed at evaluating, through a final score, the level of circularity of an organization or group of organizations. The final score does not provide minimum levels of circularity, but provides an evaluation of the level achieved.
